Intro

Hi, I’m Ryan Stemen.

I’m a Senior Customer Success Manager focused on corporate tax software and services for a Fortune 500 company.

For most of my career I’ve been addressing the tax technology requirements of corporate tax departments – both in my current role and previous roles in tax departments.

My extensive background encompasses roles in public accounting and corporate tax departments with privately held, Fortune 1000, and Fortune 500 companies, offering a valuable wealth of experience.

My expertise extends to managing remote tax teams, encompassing locations in India, Japan, and the United States.

On top of managing people I have hands-on experience in overseeing both direct and indirect tax return filings, as well as navigating complex tax audits in an array of countries, including the United States, Canada, China, South Korea, Mexico, India, Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland, Spain, and South Africa.

My mission is to drive excellence in tax compliance and help organizations effectively navigate the intricacies of tax regulations and tax technology needs worldwide.

As a side project I’ve been writing a blog called High Agency.
